POST-PRODUCTION
During the post-production stages within my journey, I most significantly integrated the software technologies.
SOFTWARE
During the post-production stages of my film making journey the integration of software technologies was prominent to this stage, in particular the use of Adobe premiere pro the software technology that we used to edit and produce our final opening title sequence. This software has the capacity to cut and edit in clips, organise the videos, add sound, transitions and produce titles.
This is fundamental for the final stages in my development overall as the accumulation of shots that we achieved during production and the research and planning from pre-production are reliant on the quality of the editing in order to achieve a successful opening title sequence. The use of this software in relation to my opening sequence, was used from organising the shots to editing the transitions and sounds; for example, to begin the editing process we used the ‘bin’ section in the bottom left-hand corner to firstly organise the shots that we had got from the shoot day. We did this by making separate ‘bins’ for each moment within our sequence, which we referenced with our initial story board made in pre-production.

After looking individually at each shot and organising them into various bins, we began by time stamping the shots into our sequence into chronological order to our narrative. For instance, although we shot the attack of the protagonist onto the hunter at the very beginning of the shoot day, in the editing process, this shot was pushed back and placed near the end to match the narrative plot line. Using adobe premiere pro, once the shots were put into narrative order and cut down to the affect that we wanted, we moved on to using the software's use of text in order to create the titles.

This stage was incorporated with the use of the previous research done during pre-production on the ‘Art of the Title’ which helped inspire the creation of the fonts, colour and size used for my title text box. In using adobe premiere pro, I clicked onto the text section of the screen and wrote out the titles that I wanted to use and then made alterations to the font, size and the colour to match the aesthetic of the sequence.
When looking into the sound aspect during the editing process, adobe premiere pro, allowed me to use transitional features from the software to alter the sound made during the shoot day. For instance, when we had shot the first girl getting ‘shot’ at, Zaza (our actor) screamed much too loud for the microphone causing distortion and to appease this issue, we used the functions of this software to decrease the volume of that particular moment. The integration of a soundtrack was also used when working with the software adobe premiere pro and the online technology adobe stock whereby the soundtrack for our opening title sequence was sourced from; again using the software's functions to integrate this sound track into the action by using the transitional features such as the volume and pitch of the ambient sound from the shoot day alongside the underlying soundtrack that we decided to use.

ONLINE
During post-production, the integration of online technology was slightly limited due to the heavy use of software technology at this stage as opposed to the use of any other technology that has been previously mentioned. However, the reference to the online research previously made from ‘Art of the Title’ was again resurfaced when creating our own titles using the software's text function. In integration with the final editing stages of my film making journey, I used the research that I had initially made from this online software in order to understand how I apply the art of title making to fitting with my own title. For instance, the boldness of the film title in my sequence perfectly represents the action and thriller aspect of the genre which was explored and represented through the research made from the online technology.
Another key online technology that me and my production group relied heavily on was the use of WhatsApp in order to communicate during the editing process; for example, when looking for a soundtrack to be used, we all sent in suggestions of soundtracks to use and to then comment on then further in discussion via the online technology.

HARDWARE

The hardware integration during the post-production stage was by using an Apple I Mac in order to edit our final sequence; the use of this hardware, meant that we were able to use the software's downloaded onto this technology for example adobe premiere-pro.
I also heavily relied on the use of my I phone 11 in order to communicate via the online technology WhatsApp via a production group chat to share ideas and suggestions regarding the editing process.
